Melissa Spadin currently serves as the Director, System of Supports in the Learning and Leadership Division at the San Diego County Office of Education. In this role she supports LEAs in continuous improvement around their LCAP development, MTSS, social emotional learning implementation, assessment system and metric alignment, and Differentiated Assistance.
