About me
Cherissa is an ELA Coordinator for SDCOE, supporting educators in 42 school districts. Her experience as a Peer Coach/Staff Developer ignited her passion for promoting and supporting teacher leadership while strengthening school experiences for students. Ms. Beck is also an independent consultant and taught for 8 years at the University of San Diego.
